Do you offer temporary or contract staffing?
We only provide full time candidates on a contingent fee basis (e.g. % of their base salary).

While our sourcing strategy is tailored to the specific role, we employ various methods, including extensive networking and open-source searches. Our curated database of over 500 tech professionals has proven to be the most effective solution for bringing those 0 to 1 stories to life

What is your screening process?
We believe in “front-loading” candidate assessment processes, starting with initial screening calls and moving to curated online tests (MCQ, programming) conducted in a heavily proctored environment. Our proprietary unstructured and complex tech panel rounds follow. Since one size does NOT fit all, the level of scrutiny is tailored to each specific role

How long does the hiring process take?
The timeline varies based on each role, the capacity of the hiring teams, and clearly defined success criteria. We source and present a curated set of resumes to clients, which undergo 2-3 interview rounds before selection and offer. Generally, this process takes between 4 to 8 weeks.
