Our story

Our story began when our founder, Amit, who’s been a former senior executive at Apple, Google, and Meta, sensed this unique talent need specific to early stage firms.

Amit believes that often, we over-direct our careers, but he has found great value in exploring diverse paths. He champions the idea that by being fluid to opportunities, doors will open more meaningfully than if one follows a rigid trajectory.

His passion for building connections and fostering success in others ultimately led him into the world of executive search and head-hunting, where he continues to thrive and open new, unexpected doors.

Today Cultext serves many cutting edge Start ups, Venture capital and Private equity firms in acquiring "A players" who are eager to transform ideas into scalable, viable products.
